While an artist herself, Colette von curates exhibitions and celebrates
artists in a number of locations across the Greater Los Angeles area. 

As HAUS Director & Curator, Colette ran the Echo Park-based gallery and performance space, ONE ONE SIX TWO. During her 18 months at the gallery, Colette curated and hosted over 65 exhibitions and art pop-ups, showcasing more than 800 local and international artists and more than 500 performers.

Colette is an avid activist, and has raised thousands of dollars for local nonprofit groups using her curated shows as a platform for social change and community building.Some of the organizations include RAINN, the LA LGBT Youth Center, the Downtown Women's Center, and more.

Currently, she owns and manages LA UP Gallery (located in Little Tokyo, Downtown Los Angeles), which focuses on showcasing local LA-based female-identifying artists, POC, and LGBTQ+ artists.
